The 26th annual “Colgate Country Showdown” is underway, and your next chance to qualify for the national championships is at 6 p.m. Thursday at Zanzabar in Waikiki.
Last week, Scott Wallace took first place during the first preliminary round, followed by Joey Starry and Colby Benson in second and third place, respectively.
Thursday’s top three will move on with them to the “Out of the West” finals on July 20 at 7 p.m. at Aloha Tower Marketplace, with that night’s winner moving on to the next round of competition in California.
