After making an appearance at “ICON: Epic” on Saturday, UFC Heavyweight Champ Randy “The Natural” Couture showed up at Pipeline Cafe on April Fool’s Day to screen his new documentary, “Fighter,” and take questions from the audience. He even stuck around to shake hands and sign autographs.
