Local hip-hop is getting more opportunities than ever at a variety of venues on Oahu.
The latest addition to the scene is “Samsara,” going down on Thursday at NextDoor.
The party is a collabo between Los Feo Faces and Dead Monkeys, and will be hosted by Big Moxx. Black Square will also be there to provide live beats for those brave enough to step up and spit.
Of course, there will be live performances. Joe Dub, Parlous and Nomasterbacks’ Wade and Well.Being will be on stage, with live art by Stan Still.
Doors open at 10 p.m. Thursday for the 21-and-over crowd. Cover is expected to be in the $5 to $10 range.
