Going out tonight? Try something new at Fashion 45.
Heard about this one last weekend; 21-and-over, no cover before 10 p.m. and $3 drink specials. Music will skew electronic, with DJs G, Oki, E-Que, Yamaz and Durtay-Note spinning trance, house, techno, drum-n-bass and breakbeats.
Over at thirtyninehotel, the Newjass Quartet moves its starting time to 9 p.m. from this week on. Don’t forget, you can also catch them on Thursday nights at Sansei in Waikiki (with 1/2 price sushi!).
And Pearl Ultralounge hosts Aveda’s “Fashion Show for the Earth,” featuring clothes by Betsey Johnson. Local guitarist Makana will start things off with a set from 7 to 8 p.m.
Tickets are $15 at the door and all proceeds will benefit the Hawaii Nature Center; check out this article by the Star-Bulletin’s Nadine Kam for more info.
