FRIDAY
The Jolly Laughtrack All-Stars
Laughtrack Theater / 384-3362Laughtrack Theater, a performance space dedicated to improvisation and one of the newest additions to downtown's arts scene, presents a special holiday-themed shows featuring the Jolly Laughtrack All-Stars (pictured).
Actors will take suggestions from the audience as they explore holiday traditions at 8 and 10 p.m. Friday. Tickets are $10; doors open 30 minutes before each performance. Laughtrack Theater is located directly across the Hawaii Theatre.
SATURDAY
"The Disco"
The Waterfront at Aloha Tower Marketplace / 275-7210Heavywater Magazine, Hawaiian Island Creations and LOST Clothing Co. join forces to raise money for the Surfrider Foundation's Oahu Chapter with a disco-themed party at Aloha Tower Marketplace.
Doors open at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, with live entertainment, DJs and a cash prize for the couple with the best disco moves. Pre-sale admission is $10; visit www.hnlnow.com.
