The crash was reported at 6:44 p.m. between the Dole Pavilion and Kamananui Road on the bridge near Poamoho Farms, police dispatch said. The 18-year-old woman, the occupant of one vehicle, was taken in critical condition to the Queen's Medical Center, officials said. The other vehicle's occupants - a woman in her late 30s and a teenager in his late teens - were taken in serious condition to Queen's.
Police said the man was hit by a vehicle in the 600 block of Kailua Road at 8:33 p.m.

About 2 a.m. near the North School Street and Lanakila Avenue intersection, emergency responders found a man in the road with severe head injuries. Police said he appeared to be beaten.
The man, described as in his late 40s or early 50s, was taken to the Queen's Medical Center in critical condition. Police said a knife was recovered at the scene, but it did not appear to have been used in the crime.
Police need help identifying the victim, who is about 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs about 160 pounds and has dark curly hair and brown-framed glasses. He was wearing a dark-blue T-shirt and faded blue denim pants.

Giamario, 56, had been missing since Christmas Day. On Thursday, an acquaintance reported Giamario missing. Final autopsy is pending toxicology test results.
A fisherman found the body floating just outside Hilo Bay before 11 a.m. Dec. 28, police said.
