Maui condo sales drop by more than half

Sales of single-family homes on Maui stayed steady at 79 in October from the same month a year ago, the Realtors Association of Maui said today.
The median price was $510,000, down from $585,000 a year ago.
Condo sales dropped by more than half to 46 from 112 last year, while the median price also fell 27 percent to $402,500 from $552,000.
