Two men were killed in a traffic accident on Molokai and a woman died after a crash on Maui last night.

The Molokai crash happened about 11 p.m. at Puupeelehua and Farrington avenues in Hoolehua.

Two men, 51-year-old Parez Kahikina and 58-year-old Ronald Kalilikane, died after they were ejected from the vehicle in which they were riding, according to Maui County police.

A 31-year-old man, who was in a second car involved in the accident, was flown to a hospital on Maui in critical condition, police said.

Further details of the crash were not released.

On Maui, 38-year-old Patricia Leengrow of Lahaina died at Maui Memorial Medical Center early today from injuries she suffered in an accident last night.

Police said she was involved in a two-vehicle crash about 10 p.m. on Honoapiilani Highway, near Napilihau Road in Napili, on the western side of the island.

A 42-year-old Lahaina man, who was also involved in the crash, was taken to Maui Memorial, where he was treated and released.

Details of that crash also were not released.

The deaths bring to 20 the number of people killed in traffic accidents in Maui County this year, compared with the same number at this time last year.
