Redshirt freshman Stephanie Ferrell came off the bench to put down a match-high 11 kills to lead No. 6 Hawaii to a 25-9, 25-16, 25-17 sweep of Fresno State in Fresno, Calif., tonight.
It was the ninth consecutive win for the Rainbow Wahine, who improve to 22-3 overall and 15-1 in Western Athletic Conference play. It was the final WAC regular season match for Hawaii, which returns home for a nonconference match Saturday against Utah Valley.
The Wahine host the WAC tournament for the first time next week, beginning Thursday, Nov. 20.
