Police arrested an 18-year-old man for allegedly stealing milk while he was drunk.

Police said that at about 12:05 a.m. today, a 24-year-old woman found the suspect inside her North Vineyard Boulevard home, removing an unopened gallon of milk from her refrigerator.

Police said the suspect left the home with the milk, and the woman called police.
Officers found the suspect outside the house with the milk container, but it was empty by then, police said.

The suspect appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, police said. He was arrested on suspicion of first-degree burglary.
