Oahu is under a flood advisory until 3:30 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
Radar shows scattered heavy showers across Oahu with estimated rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches an hour in some areas.
On Oahu, the “heaviest rain was nearly stationary just east of Wahiawa and Mililani,” the advisory said. The Oahu advisory also includes the areas of Wahiawa, Nanakuli, Haleiwa, Kaaawa and Laie.
A Kauai flood advisory for this afternoon has expired.
