Motorcyclist in fatal crash is identified

The motorcyclist who died in a crash in Kaaawa yesterday was identified as 49-year-old Mark Lamm of Wahiawa, the Honolulu Medical Examiner‘s office said today.

Lamm was headed toward Kaneohe on Kamehameha Highway at about 12:50 p.m. when his motorcycle collided with a pickup truck going in the opposite direction that turned in front of him, police said.

A 10-year-old girl who was riding as a passenger with Lamm was taken to a hospital in serious condition.
